Hello Ethereum! Here is the latest update from the ethereum.org team:
Help us reach 30 languages!
Over the past 6 months, the global Ethereum community has translated Ethereum.org into 23 languages. Today, traffic to non-English pages represents more than 20% of all traffic..
Over the next 2 months, we want to increase the total number of supported languages to over 30. If you speak a language that is not currently supported by ethereum.org, we would love to have your help!
We are particularly looking for native speakers of Vietnamese, Thai, Danish, Norwegian, Hungarian, Finnish or Ukrainian.
Even if your language is already supported, we would like your help in updating localizations to the most recent version of the site!

Ethereum.org on ENS and IPFS
The website is now available on IPFS and accessible via ENS on ethereum.eth. Here is more information from the ENS team to access it.
Special thanks to the IPFS team (especially Chris Waring) who created a VuePress Plugin for IPFS to make this implementation as simple as possible. Thanks also to Brantly Millegan from the ENS team and Alex Van de Sande for their contribution to this initiative.
Improved search function
A true community-inspired update, we received feedback from several users that searching the Ethereum.org site (which only listed results based on page title or header matches) made it difficult to find resources on specific topics, even though we had content that covered them. on the site.
We just launched a new search feature using Algolia, which indexes all HTML on our pages and provides results based on fuzzy matching in addition to exact and partial matching. This should greatly improve the visibility of all guides, tools and resources on our site.
Happy 1 year 🙂
A year ago we launched the new Ethereum.org.
Over the past 12 months, we have been amazed by the support from the Ethereum community. More than 170 people contributed to the website and more than 350 volunteers helped translate the site into their native languages.
Thank you for your support, feedback and above all for being part of the Ethereum community.
What’s next?
Content will be a major priority for our team over the coming months, including redesigning existing pages and adding new pages:
- Introduction to EIPs (live)
- Ethereum Foundation (live)
- ETH 2.0 (in progress)
- Ethereum Nodes (in progress)
- Ethereum Gas
- Challenge
- Ethereum White Paper
- Stablecoins
- Ethereum News
- …and more!
We have almost completed a full audit of all Developers content on the site, thanks to the help of some awesome members of the Ethereum community. This will result in content being removed and added, pages reorganized, and some existing content rewritten.
We’re also continuing to roll out the design upgrade and are excited to share new page layouts with the community in the coming weeks.
Do you want to get involved? Or are you curious to see what we work on every day? We recently released a new About the Ethereum.org page which displays our public roadmap. Please take a look and share your ideas and comments with us.
