Here it is: Final Calls are the last way to book your ticket to Osaka for Devcon 5
Note: All participants in the Devcon on-chain ticket raffle and auction will receive an NFT ticket for Devcon5! In the coming days, your ERC-721 will be delivered to addresses used in chain sales and we will publish an article detailing how to collect your ticket. For assistance with this process or other questions related to on-chain ticketing processes, contact support@ethereum.org.
Over the past few months, we’ve been experimenting with as many ways as possible to get Devcon tickets into the hands of Ethereum community members and the general public. This year, our small team responded to applications from builder, student, scholar, speaker, sponsor and press. We had an adventure through three public waves, a chain draw and a chain auction. As a small percentage of ticket codes from these processes go unclaimed, we are left with a small pool that will now be reused for a final appeal process.
The final appeal window process will be familiar to those who participated last year. To participate, just fill out the form at the bottom of this page. From there, we’ll review applications for highlight situations (tell us a little bit about why you’d like to attend!) and then randomly select as many applications as there are available spots.
All selected applications will receive a promotional code which will be active during a 48 hour window. When these codes expire, another round of applicants will have the opportunity to proceed with payment.
By next week, we will have awarded the last Devcon passes, and the month-long countdown to meeting in Osaka will be underway. Thank you for your support, for being on this adventure with us, and we hope to see you soon.
