That1. Can you briefly tell us the story behind Uzx? What inspired you to create an exchange of cryptocurrency by DAO?

Years. UZX was born from a desire to create an exchange truly belonging to users who reflect the principles of decentralization and transparency. Our founding team has seen the limits of traditional centralized exchanges, in particular around the confidence, control and participation of users. By introducing DAO governance, we allow the community to be part of decision-making, shaping together the future of the platform.

Que2. How does the DAO structure actually work for decision-making on the platform?

Years. Our DAO is structured to ensure that UZX tokens holders have a direct influence on the main platform decisions, such as the development of features, listing approvals and costs. Proposals are subject to the community and voted transparent via our governance portal. This guarantees that our roadmap is aligned closely with the interests of the community.

That3. Why did you choose to offer features such as anonymous registration and not kyc?

Years. We believe that privacy is a fundamental right. By offering an anonymous recording and no mandatory KYC for basic use, we support users in regions with restrictive regulations or confidentiality problems, while retaining solid safety and compliance executives for higher level services.

That4. Can you explain how the second contract trading functionality works and why is adapted to beginners?

Years. The trading of the second contract simplifies derivatives by allowing users to enter short -term trades – measured in a few seconds – based on price movements. It is designed to be intuitive: users predict whether the price will increase or decrease in a short specific time. This makes it accessible to beginners without the need for in -depth negotiation experience or margins management.

That 5. How did your team experience at Coinbase, Binance and Google shaped the development of UZX?

Years. Our team brings together the best practices of high -level technological and cryptographic companies. From Coinbase and Binance, we have adopted high standards in terms of compliance, liquidity management and exchange infrastructure. From Google, we rely on a design philosophy centered on the user and advanced security. This mixture allows us to deliver a platform that is both powerful and intuitive.

That6. How did UZX approach licenses and compliance?

Years. Regulatory compliance is essential to our long -term strategy. We have obtained licenses proactively like the United States MSB and Canada MSB, which help us to operate transparently and establish confidence with users and partners. We also explore licenses in Europe and Asia to expand our global scope while maintaining regulatory integrity.

That7. What are the main UZX security measures implemented?

Years. Security is fundamental in Uzx. We implement multilayer protection, including multi-signating cold wallets, real-time risks monitoring, anti-phishing characteristics and continuous penetration tests. Our internal safety protocols are modeled after industry leaders to ensure that user funds and data remain safe.

That8. What are the rights of governance or the awards that the holders of UZX tokens appreciate?

Years. UZX token holders have the right to vote on the main platform decisions thanks to our DAO structure. In addition, they benefit from discounts on trading costs, priority access to new features and can gain stimulation rewards or participate in liquidity extraction campaigns. The token is designed to align the incentives between the platform and its community.

Que9. How have global events like Token2049 and Blockchain Life influence your growth?

Years. These events have contributed to extending our global network, training strategic partnerships and strengthening community presence. They provide precious exposure, allow us to present innovations and engage directly with potential users and collaborators, feeding both credibility and momentum.

That10. What is the next step for UZX? Steps to come?

Years. We are currently developing integrations of layer 2 to improve scalability, we are preparing to launch our mobile application and the expansion of our DAO participation features. We also explore the strategic lists and the integration of the additional definition. Our roadmap focuses on the usefulness, scalability and participation of the deeper community.
