Small victims with complaints of less than $ 50,000 should recover 120% of their funds, while the cumulative recovery of international customers will increase to 78%.

The last distribution highlights FTX’s progress in the reimbursement of creditors, with more than $ 15 billion recovered so far around $ 16.5 billion in responsibility.

Eligibility depends on pre-distribution compliance

Creditors are required to follow all stages of pre-distribution to receive their payments. These include connecting to the FTX customer portal, completing KYC, submitting tax forms and choosing a service provider.

(2/3) eligible creditors should expect to receive funds from their distribution service provider selected within 1 to 3 working days from September 30, 2025. Additional details are available in the FTX press release here:

Users must also ensure that their complaints are recorded without objections after the 21 -day notice period. According to FTX, funds will only be paid to officially registered complaint holders.

“For the transferred complaints, distributions will only be made to the holder of the assignee of an authorized complaint which is processed and reflected in the official register of complaints kept by the agent of opinion and complaints from future registration dates, where the 21 -day notice period escaped without objection,” said the ad.

The distributions for each FTX user will be calculated according to the value of the assets at the time of the bankruptcy deposit of November 2022. The court confirmed this evaluation despite the increase in the prices of the cryptography market since then.

Before the next distribution of the third FTX, creditors are invited to remain vigilant against potential scams. There is also a risk that creditors receive phishing emails, which could inflict more damage to people already confronted with financial problems.

FTX imploded in November 2022, when the customer’s panic sparked a wave of withdrawals that the exchange could not cover, forcing it, and the sister company Alameda Research, bankrupt, sending shock waves in the cryptographic sector.

American prosecutors subsequently billed to banking and other senior executives to siphon billions of customer funds. Bankman Fried was sentenced in 2023 and is now serving a 25 -year prison sentence for orchestrated one of the greatest financial fraud in American history.
