Vanguard has listed US Bitcoin, Ethereum, XRP and Solana ETFs on its investment platform as it moves toward offering trading of crypto-related ETFs and mutual funds.
Starting Tuesday, the move will allow more than 50 million Vanguard brokerage clients in the United States to interact with crypto alongside other non-core assets like gold.
Vanguard operates as a leading investment management company serving individual and institutional investors with various funds and exchange-traded products. The company had previously maintained a restrictive stance towards crypto investments on its platform.
This pivot follows extensive internal review and continued customer demand for digital assets, despite recent market declines.
