Katten advises Bitnomial on launch of first US-listed leveraged spot crypto product

CHICAGO, December 4, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — Katten announced today that the company is representing Bitnomial Exchange in the upcoming launch of the first listed leveraged spot cryptocurrency produced in the United States.

The launch marks an important milestone in the evolution of the United States digital asset market structure and reflects Bitnomial’s continued leadership in creating regulated pathways for crypto trade.
