Middle East tensions trigger stock sell-off and Bitcoin falls to $60,246On Tuesday, major U.S. stock indexes, including the Nasdaq Composite, the Dow Jones Industrial Average, the Russell 2000 and the S&P 500, all closed in negative territory, amid growing concerns over a possible escalation of the conflict in the Middle East.
