ADGM, the main International Financial Center (IFC) of the Capital of Water, has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with ChainLink, the standard for ONCHAIN finance, marking a major step in the progress of compactor tokenization executives. This alliance will support innovative projects under the registration authority of ADGM by taking advantage of the technical expertise of Chainlink, information from the industry and a series of advanced services to maximize the usefulness of tokenized assets while guaranteeing regulatory compliance.
Chainlink market leader services, including the interoperability of blockchain and verifiable data solutions, facilitate liquidity in global markets, allowing 19 billions of dollars of transaction value. Considered by the main financial market institutions, this alliance with Chainlink aligns with the vision of ADGM to stimulate innovation, improve connectivity and establish a global approach to regulate the blockchain ecosystem.
Hamad Sayah Al Mazrouei, CEO of the Authority registration said: “This strategic alliance is an important step in further consolidating ADGM leadership to allow blockchain innovation and improve alignment in the regulatory approach on a global scale. By collaborating with Chainlink, we aim to define a global reference that will make transparency, security and confidence in the blockchain space.”
Under the memorandum of understanding, ADGM and Chainlink will promote dialogue on regulatory issues in blockchain, AI and other emerging technologies. The agreement also describes a series of events and workshops aimed at educating the water ecosystem on key subjects linked to blockchain and AI, such as tokenization, transversal interoperability, proof of reserves and emerging standards of blockchain.
Angie Walker, World Bank and Capital Markets Manager in Chainlink Labs and Senior Executive Director of Chainlink Labs Abu Dhabi Said: “ADGM has developed a robust environment where tokenization projects can prosper. Our alliance will raise the ecosystem of water blockchain, which stimulates greater innovation and adoption. We are delighted to see projects under compliance, increased connectivity of the ADGM through markets and highly secure manufacturing services. ”.
