Inflation picked up slightly in November ahead of the Federal Reserve’s final interest rate decision of the year.
The Consumer Price Index (CPI) rose 0.3% in November, bringing the annual inflation rate to 2.7%, the Bureau of Labor Statistics reported Wednesday. This remains in line with Wall Street expectations, according to estimates compiled by FactSet (MSDS).
