Each year, the Ethereum ecosystem welcomes thousands of manufacturers through community events, hackathons, courses, bootcamps and campus clubs. However, many newcomers find it difficult to remain committed because they are faced with challenges ensuring structured opportunities at the start of their careers. The Ethereum season of internships directly fill this retention gap by creating a coordinated collection of internship opportunities through the ecosystem.
What is the Ethereum internship season?
The Ethereum des courses season offers a coordinated collection of paid and completely distant summer courses through the Ethereum ecosystem. This initiative creates tracks for the next generation of contributors to connect with Ethereum projects and apply their various skills in development, research, design, marketing, finance, legal, etc.
Our long -term vision is to make Ethereum an increasingly welcoming space for new talents, creating a sustainable pipeline which transforms newcomers into long -term contributors.
