Tl; DR:
We are delighted to announce that applications are now open for the sixth cohort of the Ethereum protocol fellome (EPF6).
The EPF provides a way for budding protocol developers to make significant contributions to Ethereum. In each cohort, a diversified group is assembled to work Advance the road map of Ethereum During the scholarship. This includes the development of implementations, tests and customer specifications and participation in the latest research on the basic protocol.
With a global objective of finding a possible placement for scholarship holders in the R&D teams working on the development of the basic protocol, the EPF offers scholarship holders a unique opportunity to collaborate with other talented individuals, to engage with the current Ethereum developers and the peers of the stock market, and to have a significant impact on the Ethereum ecosystem.
EPF6 modifications
After having thought about each cohort, we make minor changes to the program in order to better meet the needs of R&D teams as well as participants in the program. For cohort 6, we invite more experienced software engineers to work on Projects offered by customer teams.
In addition, we encourage participants who are not entirely ready for the EPF to participate in Protocol study group as well as to perfect their skills in software engineering. Our objective is to ensure that scholarship holders ready to make impactful contributions to the roadmap have maximum access to mentors and to provide better training experience to aspiring contributors to the protocol.
