Bima (https://bima.oney/), a DEFI ecosystem, has announced today the launch of its principal, allowing professional and detail investors to access quality performance strategies without authorization on a global scale without selling their bitcoin. The platform presents USBD, a stablecoin economy in capital over-collateralized by Bitcoin derivatives, offering investors new options to generate a return while maintaining their BTC positions.

“The launch of today’s Mainnet represents the culmination of our mission to create a better solution for Bitcoin holders,” said Sid Sridhar Founder and CEO of Bima. “Now live and accessible to all users, our platform allows BTC holders to borrow at levels of only 1 to 2% while earning yields of 12% or more – approach the ineffectiveness of traditional loan markets where borrowing costs generally exceed yields.”

Mainnet now operational, investors can immediately access the Vault de Bima strategies ecosystem offering various risk profiles. These range from neutral Delta strategies winning 15 to 20% APY to higher volatility options capable of generating between 30 and 60% of APY. Users can deposit Bitcoin directly or mark their BTC to receive liquid derivatives (LST), then place these assets in safe for the USBD strike at a minimum guarantee ratio of 150%.

As an American company entering the market with a fully operational platform, the launch of BIMA from BIMA offers a complete safety infrastructure with superclateralization guarantees and a stability pool which effectively solves the sub-collateralized positions. The platform fits into the main portfolios, including Ledger, Metamask and Xverse, allowing users to start following USBD via a simple five-step process.
