Bybit, the second largest exchange of cryptocurrency in the world in volume of negotiation, announced a new API to update a blacklist of suspicious portfolio addresses identified so far. The API will allow ethical security experts to run against time to rationalize and accelerate their efforts to recover compromise funds.
The current list of addresses is the result of the tireless work of some of the best white hats and investigators that the industry has to offer, within three days of the largest cantaling of the crypto. Bybit has received thousands of advice from industry colleagues, demonstrating a remarkable spirit of cooperation in the face of adversity.
While the internal and external teams work with diligence, the Elite working group has confirmed a list of malicious addresses which will be made available to the verified partners via an automated interface. This collaboration effort will help rationalize security response and improve security through the network.
Bybit will continuously update this list to ensure that cyber-defectioneers and security partners can effectively intercept fraudulent activities. Successful interceptions will be rewarded with a 10%bonus, strengthening its commitment to secure industry as a whole.
For the future, Bybit will announce a hackboundy platform currently under development, designed to allow the whole industry to find the pirates. Security initiates are encouraged to listen to this innovative initiative.
