Former US President Donald Trump’s new non-fungible token ( NFT) has recorded over 22,000 sales on the Polygon network since its launch on August 27.
Trump’s latest collection is called “Series 4: The America First Collection.” Since its launch, the collection has racked up more than 22,300 sales, according to on-chain dataPriced at $99 per NFT, total sales to date are over $2.17 million. With a possible total supply of 360,000 NFTs, recent sales represent only about 6% of the new collection.
Over 1,200 Holders Claim Part of New NFT Collection
Trump’s new NFT collection features the former US president in various poses and costumes, which is similar to his three previous collections. If all the NFTs in this latest collection are sold, the revenue generated by the collection will exceed $35 million.
More than 1,200 holders own a part of the new collection. However, these new NFTs are not yet available on the secondary market. The digital assets will not be tradable until January 31.

Investors also have the chance to win a gala dinner with the former president. All investors need to do is purchase 75 or more NFTs from the new collection, according to a post on the collection’s official X page.
Trump backtracks on anti-crypto stance
Initially skeptical of cryptography, Asset has completely changed its stance on the nascent industry ahead of the 2024 U.S. presidential election. Earlier this year, it announced that its campaign would begin accepting crypto donations.
During an appearance at Bitcoin 2024 earlier this year, the former president also promised to create a strategic reserve using BTC seized by the U.S. government if he were elected. He told Bitcoin miners that he would also advocate for them at the White House if he won.
