The Crypto Working Group of Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) will organize a round table on April 25.

The Round Table, Know Your Gustodian: Key considerations for the warning of cryptography, is part of a series and will be held at the SEC Set in Washington, DC, from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Although the event is open to the public, registration is required. The public can also look at a live webdiffusion on the SEC website. No registration is necessary for the webdiffusion.
“It is important for the dry to struggle with childcare problems, which are among the most difficult while we seek to integrate cryptographic assets into our regulatory structure,” said the commissioner of the Sec Hester Mr. Peirce, head of the crypto working group. “We can’t wait to hear experts on these important issues.”
The opening remarks will be presented by the members of the SEC staff, Peirce, Commissioner Caroline Crenshaw, the acting president Mark Uyeda, and the chief of staff of the crypto working group, Richard Gabbert.
Two discussions will be kept moderate by Zach Zweihorn of Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP: Cust on sight by brokers and beyond, as well as the investment advisor and the custody of investment companies.
Panelists include representatives of Fidelity Digital Asset Services and Georgetown University Law Center.
