If you are a crypto user living in the EU or plan to use European crypto platforms, major changes arrive. The European Union has adopted a new powerful law, the anti-flowage regulations (AMLR), which will change the functioning of crypto in Europe from July 1, 2027. Meanwhile, anonymous portfolios or privacy of privacy will be completely prohibited.
Here is the list of parts, check if you get it. If you do, here is what you might need to consider afterwards.
More crypto or anonymous confidentiality parts
The era of anonymous cryptography accounts is approaching the end, while the European Union takes a firm step towards stricter surveillance. This major change is part of the new EU anti-whitewarming (AMLR) (AMLR), which aims to stop illegal activity by making all traceable cryptographic transactions.
In addition to prohibiting anonymous accounts, the settlement includes a direct ban on tokens which improve confidentiality and obscure transactions. Meanwhile, any cryptographic transaction of more than € 1,000 will now require a complete identification verification.
Regardless of the platform you use, banking, application or exchange of crypto, you will need to make full KYC (know your customer) to use their services
List of parts that are prohibited
The new EU rules will make illegal for cryptographic platforms to list or take charge of confidentiality. This includes popular tokens like Monero (XMR), ZCASH (ZEC) and Dash (DASH) – all known to hide user transactions.
If you are currently holding one of these parts, you will have to plan and explore your options before the prohibition took effect in July 2027.

Meet Amla – The new crypto watchdog
To ensure that these rules are followed, the EU sets up a whole new authority called Amla (anti-whiteness authority). From 2027, Amla will supervise the larger cryptographic platforms directly which operate in at least six EU countries. About 40 major players should be selected for direct monitoring.
Companies that manage more than 50 million euros in transactions or the service of more than 20,000 customers in a single country will fall under this watch.
What should crypto users do now?
If you use platforms that offer anonymous services or privacy parts, it’s time to start planning in advance. Over the next two years, cryptographic companies will begin to make changes to follow these new rules.

The EU anti-balance regulations (AMLR) came into force on July 1, 2027, applying more strict prohibitions of crypto kyc and confidentiality.
