Animation studio GONZO on Tuesday unveiled a new video for its blockchain and NFT project “SAMURAI cryptos”, entitled “SAMURAI RELIGION”.
Ai Yokoyama (character design and animation director for Space Battleship Tiramisu series, character design and animation for Bayonetta: Bloody Destiny film) directed the video and was also in charge of the storyboard.
The “SAMURAI RELIGION” video features Amakusa Shiro’s character song titled “Gloria (feat. Nozomi TanabéMikey, B Swamp & Mayuko Kubota)” by AI singer Topaz. The AI singer was created by the latest AI singing software from the GEMVOX project.
The “SAMURAI cryptos” project launched in 2021. GONZO president Shinichiro Ichikawa said the project will create “a new era of animation for the NFT era with Japanese samurai” and will focus on the keywords “Cypher”, “Decentralized” and “Solidarity”.
