The Ithaca team partnered with Hashlock to conduct a security audit of their smart contracts and backend scripts. Hashlock reviewed the code manually and proactively to assure the project team and community that deployed contracts were secure.

At Hashlock, we have audited the Ithaca project’s code for robustness. The scope of work included a comprehensive review of the smart contracts listed below. We tested smart contracts to verify their security and effectiveness. This testing was performed primarily through manual line-by-line analysis and was supported by software-assisted testing.
After auditing Hashlock, we found that smart contracts were “secure”. The contracts all follow simple logic, with a correct and detailed order. They use a series of interfaces and the protocol uses a list of Open Zeppelin contracts.
After the Hashlocks analysis, the Ithaca project appears to have a solid, well-tested code base now that our vulnerability findings have been acknowledged. Overall, most of
the code is properly ordered and follows industry best practices. The code is also well commented. To the best of our ability, Hashlock is unable to identify other vulnerabilities.
