Pritzker signs cryptographic regulations
Governor JB Pritzker has signed two laws to regulate cryptocurrency.
The Senate bill 1797 obliges cryptocurrency companies to register with the department of financial and professional regulations of Illinois and to comply with the policies and procedures of the State.
The Senate Bill 2319 regulates digital asset kiosks. The two laws entered into force on Monday with the signing of the governor.
AG joins prosecution against the Trump administration
The Attorney General Kwame Raoul joined several attorney general to file two prosecutions against the Trump administration.
A trial seeks to prevent the US Energy Ministry from imposing a funding ceiling on the state -managed energy programs.
The other trial claims that the States will not be able to access funds to support crime victims unless they support the efforts to apply the administration’s immigration.
Gun brought to school on the first day of CPS lessons
