We are proud to announce that Kraken has once again been a multi-category winner of the Customer Centricity World Series (CCWS).

Overcoming strong competition, this year’s awards follow our wins in the 2023 CCWS Customer Success and Employee Experience categories, as well as our 2024 win on Customer Analytics and Feedback.

Our award-winning ability to improve the customer experience through AI

In the Best Use of AI in CX Europe category, we won thanks to our proven use of artificial intelligence to improve customer experience. Measurable improvements through customer satisfaction scores, as well as thoughtful integration of ethical considerations in the use of AI, were among the judging criteria.

Our award-winning entry focused on Kai, Kraken’s chatbot and first line of support for our customers contacting support via chat. By efficiently resolving common customer questions, Kai allows our human support team to devote more resources to customers who need our 6-star support, while allowing customers with easily resolved issues to be helped instantly.

Ashley Speller, Vice President of Customer Engagement at Kraken, said: “We are delighted to have once again been recognized for our commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. These awards are a testament to the hard work and commitment of our entire team, who strive every day to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our customers. We are proud to set a new standard for customer centricity in our industry.

Kraken recognized as a leading employer for customer service

In the Employee Experience Strategy Europe category, the winner was chosen based on the ability of companies to provide their employees with an environment conducive to living, working and developing.

In this entry, we focused on Kraken’s work from home policies, varied wellness programs, extensive professional development programs, and strong company culture. We are proud to continue our focus on maintaining a collaborative, passionate and happy workforce that can share our enthusiasm with our customers.
