Unlike traditional democratic systems based on the workforce, the Liberland system amplifies the voices of those who actively contribute to the growth of the country – creating a modern meritocracy.
The elections are fed by the Pergamon algorithmwhich allocates proportionately the votes between the candidates according to the weighted voting bulletins with merit. This ensures that each vote has an impact and no ballot is wasted.
“The Liberland blockchain elections are not only effective; they are a paradigm shift in the functioning of nations. Today’s results affirm our vision: a free society where technology amplifies freedom,” said President Vít Jedlička.
Blockchain like the backbone of a digital nation
The backbone of Liberland infrastructure is the Liberland blockchaina network of high performance assistance fueled by the Liberland Dollar (LLD). LLD works both as a stable means of exchange for daily transactions and an implementation asset that secures the blockchain. It supports an entire digital economy which includes token land ownership (via NFTS), commercial training and peer services – all with minimum costs and high speed.
