To add an asset to your Kraken account, go to financing, select the assets you are looking for and press “deposit”.
Make sure to put your tokens down in networks supported by Kraken. The deposits made using other networks will be lost.

Merlin Chain (Merl)
Merlin Chain (Merl) is a layer 2 solution for Bitcoin designed to extend the capacities of the Bitcoin ecosystem. The protocol incorporates technologies such as ZK-Rollups, decentralized Oracle Networks and fraud tests to support scalability and utility. By allowing native Bitcoin active ingredients and protocols to operate on layer 2, the Merlin chain aims to facilitate the development of wider applications and increase the functionality of the Bitcoin Layer 1 infrastructure.

- Trading via the Kraken application and instant purchase will be available once the liquidity conditions met (When a sufficient number of buyers and sellers have entered the market so that their orders are effectively adapted).

Does Kraken be more active as available?
Yes! But our policy is not to reveal any detail that shortly before launch – including the assets we are considering. All Kraken’s available tokens can be found here, and all future tokens will be announced on our roadmap and social media profiles. Our customer engagement specialists cannot answer any questions about the assets that we could make available in the future.
