His impressive career includes 25 years in Promodica, a health and well-being organization focused on the mission based in Ohio, where he was president and chief executive for 15 years. Under his direction, Promodica has become an integrated power of health care encompassing hospitals, doctors, insurance and services to the elderly, annual income reaching $ 7 billion and a workforce of more than 40,000 employees.
Randy’s influence in the health care industry has been widely recognized. He was named one of the 100 best leaders in American health care by modern health care for six consecutive years. His passion for the transformation of health care models and the fight against social determinants of health had a lasting impact on health and healthy aging.

In 2022, Randy co-founded BluePrint1, a venture capital fund dedicated to investing in companies focused on longevity about to have a significant impact on the health of individuals.
