What’s Next for SEI Crypto in 2026?

As macroeconomic pressure eases, Sei is taking advantage of the tailwind. Hints of a Fed rate cut and improved liquidity are incentivizing capital to return to higher beta transactions, while clearer stablecoin rules favor fast, low-cost EVM chains like SEI.

The risk is twofold, as we also observe that SEI trades with lower liquidity than most major L1s, meaning political shocks can cause it to move quickly in either direction.
