Yammie’s Inspiring Learning Journey
What Blockchains 101 courses or certifications have you taken?
I have obtained the 101 Blockchains Certified Cryptocurrency Professional (CCP)™ certification.
Why did you choose 101 Blockchains and how was your overall learning experience with the platform?
I have long been fascinated by how blockchain can reshape the way we live and work. During my Masters in Photography, I built an archive of NFT photographs, which sparked a deeper interest in how tokenization, provenance, and programmable incentives could be applied to commerce and marketing. I wanted a program that would help me systematically organize the noise, solidify my practical experience, and equip me with a business-focused framework that I could apply in entrepreneurial research and marketing work.
This is exactly what the CCP program has achieved. It starts from first principles and builds clear mental models for cryptocurrency and tokenization, then connects them to real business needs such as payments, treasury and compliance. The program combines basic concepts with case studies, so the ideas are practical rather than theoretical. I particularly appreciated the coverage of tokenization in commercial contexts and the dedicated modules on risk, compliance and policy, which made the material enterprise-ready. The hands-on work and presentation requirement was the cornerstone, requiring me to translate the learning into a concise, non-technical proposal that a stakeholder can understand and act on.
At 101 Blockchains, you don’t just get certifications, you learn real-world skills that make you a confident blockchain professional.
What skills or knowledge do you think helped you the most?
Beyond the basics discussed above, the program has refined the technical considerations I need to design credible, market-ready ideas. In “Payments and Treasury with Cryptocurrency,” I learned about stablecoin settlement mechanics, wallet UX flows, and on/off ramp choices, as well as when to use self-custody, multi-sig, or MPC for different risk profiles. “Tokenization in Business” helped me connect token design and incentive structures to actual buyer-seller behavior, loyalty, and secondary market dynamics. “Compliance and Policy” allowed me to master what really matters for deployment: KYC/AML and record keeping, so that concepts translate into verifiable operations.
Together, this forms a practical skillset for applying cryptocurrency and tokenization in marketing and commerce. Most organizations are not yet ready on these fronts, creating a clear knowledge gap to fill. This course is the perfect starting point for developing this ability with confidence.
How has this program contributed to your professional development?
The CCP program has strengthened both my entrepreneurial work and my marketing career. This gave me the foundation to design modern business models that integrate cryptocurrency into everyday commerce and to create wallet-based marketing ideas that resonate with today’s cryptocurrency-ready consumers. As more organizations and even countries adopt cryptocurrency for payments, the pace of adoption will continue to accelerate, making this functionality directly relevant to my work.
The same foundations power my NFT photography archive guiding my ongoing research and documentation. They also highlight a simple, systematic approach that other photographers can use to create and manage their own on-chain archives with confidence.

What advice would you give to someone considering a career in blockchain?
Even if you have years of crypto or Web3 investing experience, learning the ideas systematically will sharpen your judgment and fill in any blind spots. Getting certified with a program like Certified Cryptocurrency Professional (CCP)™ also indicates that you have invested the time to truly understand the concepts, can evaluate them from a business perspective, and are prepared to provide information based on best practices. The program covers a wide range of topics, so choose a theme that really interests you and follow up after the course with your own research and experiments. Depth in one practical area will accumulate more quickly than superficial knowledge in many.
