Arizona recently proposed multiple cryptocurrency bills, which were all opposed to the veto by the governor of Arizona, Katie Hobbs. It has also approved an invoice to regulate automatic Bitcoin ticket distributors by requiring multilingual warnings on scams and putting a ceiling of $ 2,000 per day for new customers and $ 10,500 per day for return customers, according to a Telegraph corner report.

Bills opposed to veto included:

  • Bill 1373 of the Senate to create a strategic reserve of digital assets. In her veto of Bill 1373, she listed the “volatility of the cryptocurrency markets” as a key reason for her veto.
  • Bill 1025 of the Senate to invest up to 10% of the Treasury and State retirement funds in cryptocurrency.
  • Bill 1024 of the Senate to allow cryptocurrency payments for taxes, fines and costs.

In Bitcoin ATM Bill, he also mentions that if a new user is scammed and reports it within 30 days, he can receive a full refund, as well as all costs.
