The Pharos Network Just Made It Easier for Large Investors to Trust DeFi

Institutional investors have a big problem with DeFi. They don’t trust the data. They want to know what is real. What is verified. Which can stand up to scrutiny. And at the moment, most cryptocurrencies cannot answer this question.

Pharos Network is trying to solve this problem. And their latest initiative is a serious step forward.

On March 13, 2026, Pharos announced the second cohort of its RealFi Alliance. This group is called the “Intelligence Partners.” And the names are not small. We speak

Seven partners. Everyone focused on one thing: making it impossible to ignore real-world asset (RWA) data on Pharos. Let’s see why this is important.

The problem this solves

Large institutions don’t settle for hype. They move on data. Clean, verified data that is hard to challenge. This has been the weak point of DeFi for years. The technology is impressive. But the information layer? I’m still catching up. Pharos CEO Wish Wu said it clearly:

“Institutional capital isn’t just about high returns. It’s about high-conviction data and verified intelligence.”

It’s not marketing. This is a true diagnosis of why so much institutional money is still sitting around.

Now let’s talk about what each partner actually does.

Three layers working together

The first level is research. Four Pillars and Web3Caff Research will write in-depth reports on the RWA markets. This gives institutions the type of analysis they expect before committing capital.

The second layer is transparency. Dune will create real-time dashboards tracking capital flows within the Pharos ecosystem. Everyone can see where the money is going and how the assets are performing. No smoke and mirrors. Dune is awesome and we highly recommend it as a source of information on all types of on-chain data, especially stablecoin feeds.

The third level is infrastructure. Alchemy handles the developer side, giving builders enterprise-grade tools for building RealFi apps. Anchorage Digital offers federally regulated banking and custodial services. This last part is huge. This means that assets on Pharos can be owned and managed within a regulated bank from day one.

And to manage real capital flows, Yield Network functions as the on-chain bookrunner for RealFi Ecosystem Vault. Aquaflux additionally manages yield splitting and liquidity optimization. It’s a complete stack. Research, transparency, infrastructure, conservation and capital management. All in one alliance.

What exactly is the Pharos network?

Quick background if you’re new to this project. Pharos Network is a layer 1 blockchain designed specifically for RealFi. This means integrating real-world assets such as bonds, real estate, and private credit onto the blockchain in a way that institutions can actually use. The team comes from Ant Group, one of the largest fintech companies on the planet. Backers include Hack VC and Faction VC. This is not a random new channel. It is built by people who understand how large financial systems work.

Why it’s a big deal

One of the biggest barriers to RWA adoption is lack of information. When institutions can’t verify what’s happening on-chain, they stay away.

Pharos Network is building a “RealFi Research Framework” with these partners. It will set standards for how the performance, risks and compliance of RWAs will be measured. Think of it like a credit scoring system, but for on-chain assets.

When Pharos moves to the Mainnet, a reliable data layer will already be in place. It’s rare. Most channels build the technology first and then take care of the information.

Pharos does the opposite. It is worth paying attention to.
