Amid the heightened mood ahead of the 2024 US elections, the hugely popular new blockchain-based game “Off the Grid” has introduced an exciting gameplay feature for fans: save democracy by playing as Donald Trump and Kamala Harris. The character skins for Trump and Kamala are phenomenal and contain fun punchlines and emotes.
Off The Grid officially announced this news via their X post, indicating that the “Save Democracy” content pack is now available for download. Skins are available to those who pay premium Pro subscription fees.
The “Save Democracy” content pack contains character skins of Donald Trump and Kamala Harris, comical emoticons and funny voices. The character resembles a robot wearing a rubber mask of a presidential candidate and his attire is also inspired by the American flag.
Both characters have hilarious voices performed by the voice actors. One of Trump’s voice packs includes the phrase: “This will be great!” We have the biggest weapons.
Another humorous Trump voice pack comically criticizes the developers, stating, “This is the worst game ever made.” Believe me, I know games; no one knows the game better than me. These developers are just a bunch of third-rate hackers: they’re just making fun of themselves! »
Harris’ vocal pack includes lines such as: “Lost left arm left this brain still intact, leg gone, but if I have to crawl to justice I will.” » The other was hilarious where his character declared: “they took my legs but believe me, I will walk the talk regardless”. It ended with a strange crackling sound.
The characters also have emotes in which they build a wall and cool weapons. Overall, it was a fun take on the current elections and this smart move by the developer will definitely add some hype and momentum to the game.
