Uniswap Labs announced on Tuesday on social networks that the American Securities and Exchange commission had abandoned its investigation into the company, which exploits the greatest exchange of decentralized cryptocurrency in the world.
In April, the SEC published a notice of a well in Uniswap, informing the company that the agency intended to recommend legal action against it in the context of allegations according to which it operated as an unregistered broker, exchange and compensation agency and issued unregistered securities.
