Reba Beeson is the Advocate General of AlphaPoint. It has a vast experience as a lawyer and banker of the capital markets. She founded Horizon Capital, a strategic consulting company focused on fintech and renewable energies, and has been a lawyer general assistant-United States for the World Gold Council and its sponsors affiliated to the United States of the largest world suite of ETF products (NYSE: GLD and GLDM), supervising the governance of companies, legal regulations and relations governmental. REBA also held positions, among other things, as the main advice of the UBS alternative investment group, SVP / Responsible for complex financing for BNP / Paribas, and SVP / Director of structured products for Pitney Bowes credit. She began her legal career as a tax lawyer and Erisa in Weil and Sidley (Brown & Wood). Its experience in capital markets has encompassed the structuring and transaction of alternative investments, ETFs, structured finances, project finances, derivatives, business ventilation transactions, private and internships, IPOs and M&A. Reba obtained a JD of the University Law School temple, where she was editor -in -chief of The Law Review, and an LL.M. (Masters in tax law) from the Nyu Law School. She obtained a BA in music (violin and piano performance) from Goshen College, where she was a JB BRUNK music scholarship holder. She attended the Harvard Business School management program (business venture; and manager and creating an innovation culture) and the Columbia Business School (Blockchain). She is a member of the New York Bar and holds the Finra licenses (current – series 7 and 24; Past – series 3, 63, 65, 79 and 99).
