The co-founder of Ethereum, Vitalik Buterin, expressed his disappointment with certain members of the ETH community and thought it was “bad” that the ecosystem was too welcoming for the “casinos”.
During an ASK-ME-Anything (AMA) on Tako, Buterin answered a question of whether he felt disappointed by the Ethereum Foundation, the cryptographic industry or the community. He replied “of course”, especially when the others wonder why Ethereum was not more open to applications with the blockchain game, apparently taking a hit in his competitor, Solana, and how their ecosystem adopted a lot of ‘Mencoin activity in the past year.

Buterin’s commentary comes as the Ethereum community has been faced with reactions to the realization of alarm members that the chain will lose its competitive advantage for its competitors if it does not solve certain basic problems, while Solana Attracted more new developers than Ethereum and poached the best talents.
Buterin also said that if the community continued with this “moral reversal”, it would no longer participate in the Ethereum ecosystem.
“But I found an interesting point: on the internet, many people will say these things, but when I discuss with the community in person, everyone’s values are the same as before, so I have the impression of Having responsibility for this community and I can not abandon them, “added Buterin.
