Now, I do want to preface this by saying that Guarda is legitimate. They will allow you to buy coins and transfer them, but the main issue I had was an error stating “Unable to load fee, please retry.” I spent hours trying to figure out how to fix it, and I ultimately decided to contact customer service.
Guarda’s customer service is by far the WORST system I have ever encountered. First, there’s no official phone support so they send you to a Telegram channel where you’re supposed to describe the problem you’re having and a customer service representative is supposed to reach out to you. That didn’t happen, instead I received at least 70 different calls and texts from scammers in under 5 minutes pretending to be legitimate support. Eventually, I just decided to import my wallet elsewhere. I’m absolutely done with Guarda and if you value your sanity, I’d stay far away from them.
