TGE Countdown for my Crypto Game: Any Advice?

Every TGE has a story behind it. Maybe it's a meme, or an app, or an interesting blockchain function. In my case, it's the game I've been building for the last several months.

We've built the app, planned the economy, run the testnet, and we're about ready for our first on-chain token launch.

My question is: Do y'all have any advice, insights, interesting obesrvations, cool suggestions, or general thoughts on the whole TGE thing?

Why a Crypto Game? Games are what I do

I'm a game developer, it's what I do and have done for over a decade. Web3 is new and interesting, and my little two-person studio decided to take a crack at it. We've built something cool, I think, with strategies designed to overcome common crypto-game problems to ensure long-term gameplay, immunity to whale overtakes, ensuring a free-to-play and affordable thresshold for players who aren't big spenders, and so on.

I know crypto games have seen their heyday but there's still an audience out there theoretically. We're targeting free players, play-to-earn players, NFT collectors, and anyone who's into unique implementations of web3 technology. Because creative feature-building is actually what we like best.

The Token: CC ORI

The game lore is actually built around crypto-metals with magic qualities on ETH, BTC, and SOL. The first metal/coin is Orichalcum (a real historical alloy of myth and legend), which is glowy green with nature/Gaia energy.

You can use the crypto metals to craft NFT equipment or trade both in and out of the game. Combined with the other two coins, in-game arbitrage is also possible.

There are tons of integrated features. Like fighting a boss to buy the token (prevent non-player whale takeovers) and seeding the world with free coins with each purchase (for play-to-earners)

The TGE and Pre-Sale

So we're getting ready for the TGE and part of that is the pre-sale we launched today, which allows for launch-day airdrops without fighting your way to the Shrine, where battle-purchases occur.

The idea is to generate some hype (and runway funds) with play-to-earn players and possibly small coin collectors.
