Apollo, an investment company with more than $ 730 billion in management assets, offers investors a new private token credit fund using SPECIALIST SECURITIZE.

Consulted via the food fund of the diversified credit security fund (ACRED), the token is the first public public offering for Apollo accredited investors and also the first integration to secure with the Solana blockchain, as well as with Ink, a layer 2 network built by the Kraken Crypto Exchange. Ethereum, Aptos, Avalanche and Polygon are also the first launch pads of the Tokenized Fund.

Apollo Diversified Credit Fund, which has more than $ 1.2 billion in managed assets, invests in direct business loans, finances supported by assets as well as credits, dislocated and structured, said the company. The fund obtained a yield of 11.7% in 2024, against around 4.5% on US treasury bills.

Christine Moy, a managing partner of digital assets, data and strategy of AI in Apollo, said that the fund had been chosen because it has a daily structure of value of the daily assets (NAV) and Suitable for markets based on transparent and effective blockchain.

“For those who try to build a diverse chain portfolio, it serves as a higher return for stablescoins, tokénized treasures and money market funds,” said Moy in an interview. “But it is also a diversifying for more volatile, native native products that exist. He can therefore help to complete the image of the various assets you would need in a diverse chain portfolio. »»

There was something of a rush among traditional financing companies for Tokensize the so -called real world (RWAS), the blockchain -based versions being the largest and most liquid market to emerge. In 2023, the global private credit assets under management reached approximately 2.1 billions of dollars, a quadruple increase compared to a decade earlier, according to Securitize.

Private credit tokens are less common, but they open a new space for chain assets, said CEO Carlos Domingo.

“Private credit is an area that has exploded lately, and we have been among the pioneers of this tokenization field after having already launched a high -level private credit token with Hamilton Lane,” said Domingo in an interview . “Private credit with a higher return is a good supplement to treasury bills, in particular in a scenario with lowered interest rates.”

Sénuritize is the Tokenization partner of BlackRock and the digital transfer agent of the Buidl Money Market Fund token of the active manager. For Apollo, Securitize uses its partnership with Wormhole, a developer platform that allows different blockchain networks to communicate with each other, to offer a multi-hole approach out of the door.

Apollo participated in certain tokenized asset tests such as proof of concept last year involving JPMorgan, carried out under the auspices of Project Guardian, an effort of collaboration led by the monetary authority of Singapore (Mas). Moy, a longtime web3 strategist that previously worked on JPMorgan’s blockchain and has led projects like intraday repo, has planned to work in areas like decentralized finance (DEFI).

“Apollo’s tokenization products are just the start,” said Moy. “We are delighted to collaborate with leading teams in the digital asset ecosystem to design modern treasure management, automatically rebalance the large -scale investment portfolios, intelligent collateral management of contracts, and in the future , potentially the activation of secondary liquidity for alternative assets. “”
