Key takeaways

  • DDC Enterprise purchased 90 BTC on June 3, 2026, bringing total holdings to 2,804 BTC at an average cost of $78,736.
  • The company’s BTC return of 48.3% year-to-date tracks growth in bitcoin exposure per share, not price appreciation.
  • DDC now ranks about 28th among public company bitcoin holders, with its holdings nearly tripling since mid-2025.

Another buying dip as holdings approach 3,000 BTC

The company announced the purchase through its official X account with the note: “When the market offers discounts, we look into it.” The 90s- bitcoin buy follows a 131 BTC purchase on May 27, which means DDC added 421 BTC on three transactions in about two weeks.

Total assets now stand at 2,804 BTC. The company’s average acquisition cost across all securities is $78,736 per piece.

YTD BTC The yield reached 48.3%

DDC has also updated its “ BTC Yield (YTD)” at 48.3%. The figure is a company-defined calculation that tracks the growth of bitcoin held per share, not a traditional financial return. This reflects how BTC Exhibition stock holders earn per 1,000 shares as the company accumulates coins relative to its number of shares. Last reading: 0.058945 BTC per 1,000 shares.

A high yield figure does not require bitcoinThe price will increase. It primarily tracks the pace of acquisitions relative to shares outstanding.

Assets have almost tripled in one year

DDC held less than 1,000 BTC no later than mid-2025. The company’s accumulation schedule in 2026 includes:

  • February 11: +100 BTC
  • March 19: +200 BTC (total: 2,383 BTC)
  • May 21: +200 BTC (total: 2,583 BTC)
  • May 27: +131 BTC (total: 2,714 BTC)
  • June 3: +90 BTC (total: 2,804 BTC)

The company’s previous cumulative cost as of the May 27 purchase date was approximately $214.77 million. The June 3 purchase, executed at a lower per piece average, brought the overall cost down to $78,736.

Who is DDC Entreprise

DDC operates two distinct businesses. Its main platform sells plant-based, ready-to-heat and ready-to-cook food products under the brands Daydaycook, Nona Lim and Yai’s Thai in mainland China, Hong Kong and the United States. The company was incorporated in 2012 and listed on the NYSE American around 2023.

Alongside this general public activity, DDC has adopted bitcoin as its main reserve asset, a strategy driven by founder and CEO Norma Chu. Chu spent years as head of equity research at HSBC Private Bank before launching DayDayCook and later publishing the report “ Bitcoin Manifesto” outlining his thesis on treasury.

Ranked among the 30 best public companies Bitcoin Holders

DDC now ranks about 28th among publicly traded companies in bitcoin holdings, according to tracking sites including bitcointreasuries.net. The company raised dedicated capital through equity and convertible preferred stock offerings to fund purchases while aiming to limit dilution to common shareholders.

Real-time treasury data is available at treasury.ddc.xyz. A formal press release or SEC 6-K filing related to the June 3 purchase may follow.

What this means for investors

DDC shares provide equity investors with direct exposure to bitcoin through a traditional stock market listing. The treasury strategy is the main narrative driver of the stock, alongside the quarterly results of its food brands. With holdings approaching 2,804 BTC and a stated preference to buy during price weakness, the company shows no signs of slowing accumulation.
