The cryptography market experienced significant drops on July 1s despite the monthly fence of Bitcoin the day before in the middle of an institutional and continuous business accumulation.

Bitcoin (BTC) managed to maintain its base over $ 105,000, but Altcoins has experienced drastic decreases, some of two-digit percentage losses for the day.

Bitcoin dropped by almost 2% to a minimum of $ 105,182, while its daily negotiation volume increased by 5.2% to 44.96 billion dollars, indicating continuous activity even when prices dropped. The flagship crypto was negotiated at $ 105,700, but remains in danger of the drop again if the recovery loses steam.

Ethereum (ETH) was also raised better than the average, sliding 3.8% for the day to a minimum of $ 2,393, while other major tokens such as Solana (soil) and Cardano (ADA) posted losses greater than 7%, reflecting a broader weakness of the market. The overall value of the cryptography market fell 2.5% to 3.25 dollars.

In the past 24 hours, around 99,016 traders have been liquidated, total liquidations reaching 243.49 million dollars. Long positions represented $ 207.14 million, while short films represented $ 36.36 million on the basis of quince data.

Bitcoin experienced the highest liquidations at $ 57.93 million, followed by Ethereum at 33.04 million dollars.

The broader economic uncertainty continues to weigh on the feeling of the market. The persistent inflation pressures remain despite prior rate increases, fueling the concerns that the federal reserve can maintain high borrowing costs longer than previously expected.

Meanwhile, geopolitical tensions, in particular the July 9 tariff deadline, added to the prudence of investors, with concerns about the global disruption of the supply chain and energy security, a broader impact of the market.

The American Senate also adopted the “Big Beau Bill” of President Donald Trump, but he abandoned the tax amendments to the cryptography of the final project, further exacerbating the negative feeling on the market.

Traditional markets have shown mixed results, Nasdaq and S&P 500 lowering while the industrial average Dow Jones increased by 1%.

The relative stability of Bitcoin in the face of these drops emphasizes its position as a dominant digital actor, although its inability to break above key resistance levels has prompted certain traders to lock profits, adding to market pressure.

Investors are now waiting for the next data on the American labor market later this week, which could influence the political path of the federal reserve and set the tone to risk assets in the coming days.
