Bitcoin whales absorb market pressure, but does a parabolic race really arrive?

  • Bitcoin was rebounded by 11% to reach $ 83,500, defying macroeconomic disorders and the volatility of the bond market
  • Whales and long -term holders have absorbed market pressure, with 100,000 BTC acquired since March

Less than two weeks after the announcement of Trump’s “release day”, the American market remains very volatile. The bond market has crashed and the treasure yields have displayed their biggest weekly leap since 2001. Overall, it seems that Trump’s trade war has turned against him. Therefore, the 90 -day break.

With the wider market in difficulty, Bitcoin has regularly recovered its key resistance areas. This is not a coincidence – Big Money led the cycle, with large wallets (1K -10K BTC) acquiring 100K BTC since March.

Although analysts are optimistic, speculate on a parabolic race and call Bitcoin, an emerging “refuge”, could be premature.

What happens when these major holders, sitting on unpaid profits, decide to go out on a volatile market? Have we approached a market summit or a potential sale?

Bitcoin challenges market expectations

Let us decompose the current state of the American economy to understand its impact on Bitcoin. Normally, American obligations and treasury yields (which represent the loan cost of the US government) do not move in locking.

In simple terms, when the bond market decreases, gives a peak. Economists highlight this dynamic as the catalyst behind Trump’s adaptation of its pricing policies.

On April 9, the yield of the US Treasury at 10 years old jumped approximately 10 bps, racing the bar of 4.5% – its highest level since mid -February.

In 2025, a large part of the American debt will mature, triggering the need for refinancing. In fact, reports indicate that between 7 dollars and $ 9.2 billions of dollars will require refinancing throughout the year.

The recent bond market crash – allegedly launched by sales abroad – has increased yields, increasing the government’s loan cost. Consequently, the probability of short -term rate drops has decreased considerably. This has also undermined the image of the US dollar as a safe refuge.

In this context, the White House announced a 90 -day price break. And yet, macro uncertainty is far from being resolved. The American trade conflict continues to degenerate.

Faced with this economic turbulence, Bitcoin has challenged larger market sales. After a week of high sales pressure which briefly caused prices less than $ 75,000, BTC organized a strong reversal. At the time of the press, he had rallied by almost 11% to recover $ 83,500.

Big Money intervenes

Cryptoque data has revealed that whales were essential in the absorption of recent market pressure. Since March, portfolios holding between 1K and 10k BTC have acquired a significant 100K BTC.

A more in -depth analysis has revealed that long -term holders (LTHS) now order 13.60 million BTC – reflecting a 420K BTC hike in their assets during the same period.

Currently, net profit / net loss (NUPL) for LTH is 0.68. This indicated that in average, these holders can be seated at 68% of unpaid profits.

From a mathematical point of view, given the price of the Bitcoin press time market of $ 83,500, the average implicit average acquisition price would be around $ 49,702.38.

In particular, the NUPL has not yet entered the phase of euphoria – an indicator often seen at the top of the market. For reference, during the Bitcoin rally at $ 109,000 in January, the NUPL reached 0.76, marking an important market point.

However, the wider macroeconomic environment remains a key variable. Just as Ethereum saw a massive capitulation from LTHs after the pump motivated by trade, Bitcoin could face a similar pressure.

Although the 90 -day pricing break offers temporary relief, it will eventually end. This could revive volatility.

In addition, the American trade war of Chinese continues to weigh heavily on the market, investors closely monitoring. For this reason, it is still too early to call the current Bitcoin resilience a sign of a parabolic race. Caution is always the best approach.
