The Brazilian B3 scholarship would introduce new cryptographic products while the country’s central bank is pressure for more regulation.

According to Coindesk, B3 will launch Bitcoin options as well as future Ethereum and Solana contracts in 2025.

This decision follows the introduction of Bitcoin term contracts to the Stock Exchange last April, attracting $ 860 million in the volume of negotiation per month, compared to traditional crypto exchanges of $ 1.14 billion experienced last month .

Meanwhile, the president of the central central bank of Brazil, Gabriel Galipolo, expressed his concerns about the regulation of industry, the country, the country undergoes an increase in cryptographic transactions. Stablecoins represent 90% of the country’s cryptographic activity.

Speaking during a Bank for International Settlements event in Mexico City, Galipolo said: “Most of them are to buy things and shop on things abroad”, stressing that this use “maintains a kind of opaque vision for taxation or money laundering “.

He suggested that the Brazil Drex initiative, which he clarified is not only a CBDC, could be a potential solution to improve credit with collateral assets. DREX could be used to reduce borrowing costs and use the technology of the large distributed book to settle interbank transactions.

The Brazil’s real -time payment system, Pix, could also allow integration with international instant payments to facilitate cross -border transactions.

Last August, Brazil was the first to approve an ETF Solana Spot. The Approved Solana ETF refers to CME CF Solana Dollar, which is jointly developed by the Mercantile Chicago Exchange (CME) and crypto installations (CF) to provide a uniform price quote for Solana.
