Facilitates FX customer conversions using Kinexys by JP Morgan’s blockchain

Toronto, August 05, 2025– (Business Wire) – Corpay, Inc. *, (NYSE: CPAY) A world leader in corporate payments, is pleased to announce that Corpay’s cross -border activities can facilitate customer exchange conversions (FX) using the Kinexys digital payments blockchain of JP Morgan.

Kinexys Digital Payments is a real -time payment rail in real time1 Value transfer using the money from the commercial bank, offered by Kinexys by JP Morgan, the business blockchain commercial unit.

Thanks to Kinexys digital payments, Corpay Cross-Border can extend its negotiation hours against their global customers and provide an impossible speed of settlement on traditional FX rails shamelessly liquidity. A recent use case has seen a cross-border customer from Corpay based in the United Kingdom receive USD and reserve an FX trade to convert and pay for their GBP account in the United Kingdom, after the market is close on Friday evening. The trade has settled in a few minutes and the customer received a GBP in his account via the United Kingdom Payments Network.

“We are extremely enthusiastic about this technology both from the use of the liquidity of the internal treasury and a customer experience perspective,” said Paul Bregg, Treasurer, Corpay Cross-Border Solutions. “Our customers now have access to considerably widened negotiation hours, as well as incredibly rapid settlement times, less than 30 seconds in most cases. In addition, from the point of view of the internal treasury, this technology considerably reduces the risk of settlement and settlement times between counterparts.”

“We are happy to support Corpay and their customers in unlocking new capacities and efficiency in cross -border and transversal transactions, thanks to the power of blockchain technology,” said Zack Chestnut, global business development manager for digital payments in Kinexys. “By providing customers with access to an FX market without 24/7 friction, we are self -employing new trade flows and helping treasurers to redefine trade processes and optimize working capital management.”

Since creation, the Kinexys platform has treated more than $ 1.5 billion in notional value2an average of more than $ 2 billion3 daily in the volume of transactions. Payment transactions have increased by 10 times on the other4.
