The patterns of the cryptocurrency company are optimistic about the changes in complete federal rules for the passage of the industry this year now that Donald Trump, who is a Bitcoin funder, has returned to the White House.
The CEOs of JammingBinance and Circle told CNBC that they now saw a clearer path to the guarantee of certain concrete rules on digital assets – unlike the previous American administration, which has taken aggressive application measures against several major companies Cryptography.
Brian Armstrong de Coinbase said that he sees the crypto entering a “new day dawn” with an American administration led by Trump.
“You have to remember: in the past four years, we really felt like we were attacked by this administration,” Armstrong told CNBC during a television interview during the annual event of the World Economic Forum in Davos, in Switzerland.
“They tried to arm the lack of clarity in the rules to really repel, even on the right actors,” added Armstrong. “There were also bad actors, to be just – but they even really tried to continue the right actors, I think, like us.”
Coinbase is the largest crypto trading platform in the United States, the firm often presents itself as a regulated alternative to offshore exchanges, like Binance.
Regulatory clarity to stimulate the sector
On Tuesday, the US Securities and Exchange Commission announced the launch of a “crypto working group” aimed at “developing a complete and clear regulatory framework for cryptographic assets”.
The dry panel will be responsible for developing a clear set of rules for the cryptography sector, while addressing the problems concerning the registration of parts, according to a press release from the agency.
Armstrong de Coinbase said that Crypto’s main priority as an industry is to work for legislation to be adopted in the United States to offer clarity.
“The industry is just ready for this new change,” he told CNBC. “They are ready for clear rules. And this is our big push.”
Richard Teng, CEO of Binance, underlined the issue of tokens, trade and management of assets as some of the key things on which he expects to see the progress in terms of specific legislation to crypto

Teng said he sees “much clearer regulations” in the United States this year – and that would be favorable bitcoin and other digital assets.
“If you look at the past cycles, this year will be a year that we will see a new summit of all time for the cryptography industry,” Teng said in a discussion by the fire hosted by CNBC in Davos, Switzerland .
Bitcoin, the largest cryptocurrency in the world, succeeded in the milestone of $ 100,000 for the first time last year, while traders became optimistic about the prospects of cryptographic industry under a Trump administration.
On Wednesday, the token was negotiated at a price of around $ 104,000, according to Coingecko data.
American Strategic Bitcoin Reserve
The Binance Teng also expects the United States to establish a strategic bitcoin reserve – something Trump suggested that he would do during his campaign.
Jeremy Allaire, CEO of Circle, said that he thought “that it would be prudent for central banks to keep reserves in something like Bitcoin”, adding that this could cause a return to money supported by the raw materials .
“If we look back when we have declined money from non -sovereign goods, we have really seen incredible abuses in the world through Fiat and that continues,” said Allaire. “The vast majority of governments in the world are considerably in debt.”

“It took a kind of open heart surgery, shock therapy, in a place like Argentina to get out of this vicious circle. And I respect that it is an important subject for the American government now,” he added.
Trump previously suggested that a American national reserve of Bitcoin could be supported by cryptographic assets seized of criminal operations, such as pirates and fraud rings.
Laws of the Scumes expected
In addition to a Pro-Crypto president, the United States also also have senators and representatives who support technology and want to set up regulations-something that is “absolutely appropriate”, said Allaire.
Allaire noted that there are already “American champions” in cryptographic space such as Circle, Coinbase and the Blockchain Solana platform. “I think that in this new administration, we will most likely see rapid progress in the creation of rules and the development of policies to advance this industry,” he said.
The CERCLE CEO sees the United States, advancing in particular the so -called stable stables – digital tokens designed to be fixed to real assets like the dollar – since there is already bipartite support for Congress for such tokens . The circle is late USDCwhich is one of the largest stablecoins.
The Clarity for Payment Stablecoins Act, a bill that seeks to establish a regulatory scheme to obtain a license of stablecoins issuers, made its way to Congress before last year’s elections. He has not yet adopted a vote in the House.
