Sector rotation signals strength

Altcoin relative profits reached approximately 5% of the profit supply. Multi Asset Explorer data from Glassnode indicates that this represents a historical divergence from Bitcoin profitability. The analytics firm noted that the separation between the performance of Bitcoin and altcoin holders is unprecedented.

Altcoin’s relative profits are stabilizing in a deep capitulation zone, with only about 5% of the profit supply, while Bitcoin’s profits have only just started to decline sharply.

The global cryptocurrency market capitalization reached $3.35 trillion, with a 24-hour trading volume of $204.96 billion, according to CoinGecko market data. Bitcoin’s dominance remained stable at 57.2%. The market recorded a 1.3% gain over 24 hours, despite negative sentiment indicators.

The current fear level is approaching the March 2020 COVID crash level of 8. Historical data shows that extreme fear levels below 20 have only occurred during major market capitulation events.
