Native is launching with $2.6 million in seed funding led by Nexus Mutual, and the two companies are offering $20 million in on-chain coverage per risk, according to a press release issued Tuesday. Nexus Mutual currently has a capital pool of approximately $200 million, primarily denominated in ETH, the Ethereum blockchain token, meaning the mutual will be able to underwrite multiple lines of coverage per risk from day one, a declared Nexus Mutual.
