Detroit pursues a real estate company based on blockchain on rentals
His violations include a roof, a porch, windows and uncontrollable damaged grass. This house is considered unlivable. This is part of the city’s efforts to embellish its neighborhoods by cleaning houses that have been hornies for years. It affects not only the city but also the neighbors.
Detroit (Fox 2) – The city of Detroit posted what is called the greatest trial of the genre in the history of the city in the undergoing fight against the burn.
The objective of the trial is a Blockchain real estate company based in Florida.
Overview:
The violations listed include a roof, a porch, windows and uncontrollable damaged herbs. This house is considered unlivable. This is part of the city’s efforts to embellish its neighborhoods by cleaning houses that have been hornies for years.
It affects not only the city but also the neighbors.
What they say:
A few seconds following their arrival in this vacant house in Sunderland and seven miles in Detroit, Fox 2 met Sabrina Johnson, an owner frustrated with many complaints concerning life next.
“The grass is out of control. The backyard is out of control. It is a uprooted tree on the ground,” said Johnson. “The garage falls. Then you have the window. Someone came and removed the whole window.”
His unofficial list is almost as long as the city’s official violations on this same house. It is one of the more than 400 nuisance properties listed in the city’s trial against companies, including Real Token LLC, which is based in southern Florida.
Dig more deeply:
The real token, or real, is known as a “shell society”, which means that it exists only on paper. It allows global investors to obtain a share of US real estate digitally. The city wishes to hold these screens responsible for the lack of maintenance.
“The company also made a number of promises during a zoom call and many subsequent calls,” said the president of the municipal council James Tate. “No promise has been held. They do not call.
The other side:
Fox 2 received a statement from Real Token, who says they have not officially received a trial. However, they said they had also been victims of dishonest real estate management companies, which made the houses collapse.
The real token assumes full responsibility and has invested in management to ensure that this will not happen again.
