The Crypto Jaunter Company, FIRMENT, actively pursues acquisition objectives in the context of a broader wave of mergers and acquisitions of digital assets triggered by a renewal of optimism under the pro-Crypto position of the Trump administration.

The CEO and file co-founder, Lorien Gabel, said in an interview that the company was considering offers from $ 100 to 200 million.

The company is particularly interested in projects with strong conduct in specific regions such as Asia or South America or which dominate key blockchain ecosystems such as Cosmos and Solana.

“We have sheets of terms and we are actively looking to acquire smaller suppliers,” said Gabel, highlighting an increase in opportunities in the midst of increasing regulatory clarity in the United States

The thrust of mergers and acquisitions comes in the midst of growing regulatory clarity

The thrust of mergers and acquisitions occurs while the digital asset space experiences the increased transaction activity.

Ripple recently acquired the brokerage company Prime Hidden Road for $ 1.25 billion, while Kraken bought the Ninjatrader trading platform in an agreement of $ 1.5 billion.

Coinbase would also be in advanced talks to acquire an exchange of cryptographic derivatives.

Based in Canada, there is specialized in helping institutions accumulate their cryptographic participation – a process that secures blockchain networks and generates a yield.

The company manages around $ 15 billion in marked active ingredients and employs around 150 people.

Gabel also sees the rise if American regulators approve the negotiated funds on the stock market (ETF) for the ether that makes it possible to mark out.

These ETFs already manage approximately $ 6.3 billion in assets, and support for staining could unlock additional demand.

Despite its growth trajectory, the figure does not intend to raise additional capital or sell the business.

Its latest financing round in 2021 raised $ 110 million and was headed by the investment company Thoma Bravo, which holds a seat of the board of directors.

“I really don’t want to sell,” said Gabel. “This is my fourth startup. I prefer to go to zero than to have a simple or a double, to use a baseball metaphor. So, I really want to see how far we can take it at this stage.”

Crypto-enterprise funding increased to $ 4.9 billion in the first quarter of 2025

Investment in venture capital in the cryptography industry climbed $ 4.9 billion in the first quarter of 2025, marking the most active fundraising period in the sector since the end of 2022, according to a recent Galaxy report.

Overlap represents an increase of 40% compared to the previous quarter, with 446 transactions concluded – a 7% increase in the volume of transactions.

While the high -level figure signals investors’ confidence in digital assets, a single transaction played a disproportionate role: the investment of MGX dollars in Binance represented more than 40% of all capital raised during the quarter.

Without this agreement, total funding would have been $ 2.8 billion, revealing a decrease of 20% compared to the fourth quarter of 2024.

Nevertheless, the Binance transaction reshaped the financing landscape. He propelled the category of negotiation, exchange, loan and investment at the top of the sector classification, with $ 2.55 billion in total, a leap of 47.9%.

Excluding Binance, DEFI would have led the quarter with $ 763 million in funding.

The post-figure acquisitions of $ 100 million at $ 200 million in the middle of a wave of mergers and cryptographic acquisitions appeared first on Cryptonews.
