The Artificial Superintelligence Alliance (FET) is currently enjoying a rally tied to the broader narrative of artificial intelligence tokens. The asset saw a 10% gain at press time, while chart projections indicate another double-digit rise.
Despite this, it is highly likely that the rally will not fully materialize as opposing forces indicate weakening buyer strength in the FET market.
FET forms a bullish flag pattern
At the time of writing, FET was trading in a classic bull flag pattern, a formation that has historically preceded large upward price swings. This trend forms when an asset undergoes a massive expansion in price and then consolidates in a slightly downward channel before experiencing another major rise.
FET has already gone through two phases of this pattern, completing the initial expansion and currently consolidating in the descending channel.

The third and final phase would see FET break above the descending channel’s upper resistance, with two price targets ahead: $0.22 and $0.24.
However, whether this expansion materializes is highly dependent on the alignment of dynamics and capital conditions to support the breakout.
FET capital outflows dominate
The momentum picture on the chart indicates minimal immediate upward movement. Momentum and capital flow indicators are currently going against the bull flag projection.
The Aroon indicator, which tracks the strength and direction of market dynamics, shows that purchasing power has declined significantly.
At press time, the Aroon Up, which represents buying momentum, had fallen to 0.00%, while the Aroon Down stood at 50%. Whenever the Aroon Up falls below the Aroon Down, it signals that buying momentum has weakened and sellers are currently leading the market. At 0.00%, purchasing power is effectively absent at this stage.

The movement of capital has made this reading worse. The Money Flow Index, which tracks capital inflows and outflows from an asset, has fallen significantly below the 50 mark on the chart, indicating that capital outflows are the dominant condition at the time of writing.
As the MFI line continues to decline, selling pressure remains active. Capital outflows and weakening momentum together represent a significant headwind to the bullish outcome projected by the flag pattern.
Liquidity clusters reveal…
The liquidation heatmap adds a layer of nuance to the short-term directional outlook, with liquidity clusters located on both sides of the price. At the time of writing, the balance of cluster positioning is tilting towards an upward trend, strengthening the case for FET rising above its current level.

However, the downside risk cannot be overlooked. Liquidation data shows that the gap between long and short traders’ losses remains relatively narrow, with short traders recording $33,490 in losses compared to $45,740 on the long side, a gap of just $12,250.
This narrow gap suggests that the recent rally has not fully offset losses on the long side, and a reversal remains a credible possibility at this point.
Final Summary
- FET is consolidating in a bull flag pattern, targeting $0.22 and $0.24.
- Long liquidations at $45,740 exceed short losses at $33,490, suggesting the rally has not yet fully offset downside risk.
