Freename and Sweat Wallet Partner to Introduce .sweat TLD and Bring Human-Readable Domains to Millions

The .sweat extension gives Sweat Wallet’s more than 20 million users the ability to have a simple, personal identity within Web3. Instead of relying on long wallet addresses or in-app handles, users can register a domain of their own and use it across platforms and future on-chain applications. The expansion reflects Sweat Wallet’s mission to make crypto accessible through movement and expand the identity layer around its growing ecosystem.

“This collaboration brings a user-owned identity to a community that already interacts with crypto on a daily basis.“, said Mattia Martone, COO and co-founder of Freename. “Sweat Wallet introduced millions of people to Web3, and giving them a dedicated domain helps simplify how they navigate the space.»

The partnership establishes the .sweat TLD as the official identity of the move-to-earn community. With Freename, users can register names that match how they present themselves in Sweat Wallet and on Web3, creating continuity between activity, identity and on-chain interaction. This also allows the community to benefit from broader domain-based feeds as more applications support human-readable identity.

Sweat Economy co-founder Oleg Fomenko added: “We’ve always strived to make crypto easier to use. The introduction of a dedicated domain and the integration of human-readable naming meets this objective and removes unnecessary friction from daily actions..”

The next phase of the collaboration will allow users to send and receive cryptocurrencies in Sweat Wallet using a domain rather than a full wallet address. Freename native domain resolution should go live Q1 2026 and will provide users with a simpler, more intuitive way to manage transactions, reducing the risks associated with copying long alphanumeric strings.

The integration will support the broader money-making movement community by transforming personal domains into convenient tools for communication, payments, and identity management in decentralized environments.

About Freename
Freename AG is a Switzerland-based, ICANN-accredited technology company developing the most innovative domain registrar. By connecting DNS and blockchain, Freename is redefining how digital identities are created, managed and monetized, and how the internet can embrace wallets around the world.

About the sweat-proof wallet
Sweat Wallet is the self-custodial crypto wallet from SWEAT, the global move-to-earn platform that rewards users for physical activity. The wallet allows users to hold and manage assets, participate in on-chain activities, and connect to a growing ecosystem built around movement.
