The Infinite Node is meant to change the way digital art is experienced by creating a home for it that matches its energy, challenging traditional galleries and institutions. It acquired the intellectual property of the CryptoPunks NFT project from Yuga Labs, ensuring its long-term management. Yuga Labs is a leading Web3 company, famous for creating the “Bored Ape Yacht Club NFT series”, which has become a digital community and cultural phenomenon. Yuga previously acquired the Punks intellectual property from digital asset company Larva Labs.
Launched in 2017, CryptoPunks is a globally recognized non-fungible token series, offering a limited edition of 10,000 unique 24×24 pixel portraits generated algorithmically and hosted on the Ethereum blockchain network. Each Punk is made up of a set of 221 colors deployed on 576 pixels. There are five basic types of Punks: monkey, male, female, zombie and alien.
