TL;DR
- Kraken Co-CEO Arjun Sethi open Silver20/20 Europe 2026 with a speech entitled “Money Open” on the orbital stage.
- A corner of the Kraken fire with Citi explored integrated financial services for digital commerce, by putting Paid services front and center.
- Krak took over The Block with a multi-session Coffeewhile xStocks organized a happy hour on the theme of markets.
- Paid services brought partners, customers and Kraken VIP community together through dinners and happy hours throughout the week.
Conversations this year have focused on agent trading, stablecoins, embedded finance, and regulation struggling to keep up. Kraken appeared everywhere: on the main stages, in the lounge and all over Amsterdam after hours.
Here’s how the week went.
Arjun Sethi opens the show
Kraken co-CEO Arjun Sethi kicked off Tuesday morning with a keynote, “Money Open,” on the Orbital Stage.

In conversation with Money20/20’s Scarlett Sieber, the session set the tone for the days ahead, touching on the themes that defined this year’s show, from agent commerce to the future of money and the infrastructure being built to support it.
Fireside on embedded finance, with Citi
On Tuesday afternoon, Kraken Vice President of Payments and Blockchain Brett McClain joined Citi on the Money Pot Stage for an evening titled “Beyond Disruption: Designing the Future of Integrated Financial Services for Digital Commerce.” The conversation focused on how financial services are increasingly integrated directly into the platforms people already use, and the infrastructure that makes this possible, a space for which Payward Services was created.

Payward Services is Kraken’s B2B infrastructure platform, providing businesses with unique integration for stablecoin payments, tokenized asset markets, digital asset trading, financing, and more, all built on Kraken’s long operational history.
Beyond conferences
Beyond the stages, Payward Services hosted a steady stream of conversations with partners and customers in the show floor throughout the three days, turning momentum from the hallways into real discussions about what teams will build next.
Beyond the conference
The week did not end with the salon closing.
- Café Krak at the Block. Over the first two days, Krak set up shop at The Block with sessions ranging from morning coffee to midday lunch and an afternoon of waffles and house DJs. Attendees could download Krak and receive a welcome offer, and the space remained busy throughout.
- Happy Hour xStocks at Kaia. xStocks took over Kaia for a markets-themed networking evening, attracting a full house of around 100 guests.
- Payward Services Dinner at Ciel Bleu. An intimate dinner at Ciel Bleu brought a small group together for deeper conversation, with every seat filled.
- Kraken VIP Happy Hour at Soho House. On Thursday evening, Payward Services hosted the Kraken VIP community at Soho House Amsterdam, closing out the week with around 100 guests and a packed house.
