The reports are emerging about a feat targeting Phantom and Trust Wallet users. The feat affects those who use their browsers to access porn.

The victims find that their wallets try faster than you can say “oops!”

How does the wallet browser feather and why it is dangerous

The feat would take advantage of vulnerabilities in the browser function of the portfolio. When users visit certain adult sites, the malicious code is triggered, granting attackers access to the funds stored in the portfolio. Once they are in the game, crypto assets are transferred to the pirate wallet, and there is no way to reverse the transaction.

🔥🚨Breaking News: Crypto wallets would be destroyed after using their Phantom or Trust Wallet browser to see porn. There is a reported feat that is used to target porn viewers.

Crypto portfolio browsers like those of the Phantom and Trust portfolio are designed for convenience. They allow you to explore decentralized applications (DAPP), buy NFT or make transactions directly from your wallet. However, they do not have the robust safety features of traditional web browsers like Chrome or Safari. When users visit high -risk sites – like those that offer adult content – they are exposed to hidden malware and phishing attacks.

Protect yourself: Better to warn than sorry

If you don’t want your wallet to be so empty, follow these tips:

  1. Avoid using wallet browsers for adult sites: Stay in confidence browsers with solid safety settings for web browsing outside cryptographic activities.
  2. Activate two -factor authentication (2FA): Add an additional safety layer to your wallet if the option exists.
  3. Use a hardware wallet: Keep your funds in a hardware portfolio instead of a hot portfolio such as a phantom or a trusted wallet. The material portfolios are offline and sheltered from attacks based on the browser.
  4. Remain informed: Update your Wallet application regularly and follow the developers’ advertisements for potential safety fixes.

Use two browsers – one for daily navigation and one for cryptographic transactions.

Today, I had a link to a false calendar link. He asked me to connect to my Metamask wallet (which I don’t have on this browser).

The separation of browsers adds a safety layer.

In short, do not mix crypto with risky navigation. The Internet can be a West West, and if you are not careful, you can end up in a stream without paddles – financially speaking. Stay safe, respect the secure navigation and keep your crypto where it belongs: in your wallet, not that of someone else.
