Florian’s inspiring learning journey

What 101 Blockchains courses or certifications have you taken?

I have completed the Certified Blockchain Security Expert (CBSE)™ and the Certified Web3 Hacker (CW3H)™ certification programs by 101 Blockchains.

What was the reason you chose these programs and how would you describe your learning experience with 101 Blockchains?

I selected these programs to have an in-depth understanding of the security risks associated with smart contracts and decentralized protocols. My learning experience with both certification programs was extremely productive as I learned about the theoretical concepts of blockchain technology and practical security techniques. Through a structured learning approach, both certification programs allowed me to gain a lot of information about an ever-growing ecosystem.

What skills or knowledge gained from the programs have helped you the most?

101 Blockchains certification programs helped me find comprehensive resources to understand how to identify notable blockchain and web3 vulnerabilities. I learned best practices for reporting various security risks, including reentrancy, logical errors, and flash loan attacks. The learning outcomes from the certifications will now help me in my current job as an organizer of CTF blockchain challenges. I can use the skills and knowledge gained from certifications directly to create complex and intentionally flawed systems with more confidence and test participants’ cybersecurity skills.

Have the programs contributed to your professional growth in any way?

As of now, I am not working full-time as a blockchain security professional. However, 101 Blockchains’ certification programs allowed me to gain the technical proficiency and credibility needed to lead specialized projects. The programs transformed my passion into a quest for structured knowledge about blockchain security. I believe that the skills and knowledge I have gained through the certifications will help me contribute more to the community by raising awareness through gamified safety challenges.

What advice would you give to someone looking to pursue a career in blockchain?

The best thing you can do for a career in blockchain is to avoid focusing only on theoretical knowledge. You must be hungry for practical skills and the ideal approach to gaining practical experience starts with practical projects. You can work on small projects, participate in audits and try to solve CTF challenges. The continued evolution of the blockchain landscape requires every candidate to demonstrate curiosity and practical skills to succeed. You should rely on reliable credentials like those from 101 Blockchains to develop a solid foundation for a career in the complex blockchain job market.

Would you recommend 101 Blockchains to other learners and why?

I will recommend 101 Blockchains to any learner who is committed to pursuing a career in blockchain. The main reason to choose 101 Blockchains is the quality of the curriculum offered in their learning resources. I would like to highlight how their certification programs help gain in-depth knowledge of real-world blockchain and web3 security challenges. 101 Blockchains is the best platform offering a strategic roadmap for everyone who wants to pursue specialized technical roles in blockchain and web3.

Advance Your Career with Blockchain and Web3 Skills
